Summer nights at PD1 Athletic Training can’t be beat.
Pumping music + Intensity + Elite Athletes training with the same PD1 + Built 4 It partnership trainers that train collegiate and professional athletes in the morning, building strength and power to return to their post summer-sports better, faster, stronger.
Sessions designed by PD1 & Built 4 It’s High Performance Athletic Trainer, Tre Dickerson, on the core elements of building SPEED + POWER + STRENGTH, athletes will be pushed to grow using plyometrics, quick movements against resistance, rotational power, deceleration/acceleration mechanics, weight room training and more.
This summer, we are offering unlimited sessions on Monday-Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:00pm for our high school students.
From 12:30-1:30pm, our Juniors and Seniors can join our collegiate athletes for midday training.
With on site Physical Therapy, Sports Massages, and chiropractic care, PD1 Athletic Training’s partnership with Built 4 It’s medical team provides an entirely holistic approach to all of our high school and collegiate elite athletes.

At 12:30-1:30pm, Monday-Thursday, we offer a college-upper class men high school group.
HOW TO BOOK
All players must book their sessions using credits on our PD1 app (actually PD1 Soccer Training in the app store) or via our website booking portal.
Athletes have four pricing options ranging from flexible to commitment pricing plans.
As soon as you purchase your credit packs or membership, you may book any 7pm-8:00pm session, Monday-Thursday.
For upper class men and collegiate athletes, they may book our 12:30 Sessions as well.
